This sticker is based on a phrase "Eyes peeled". I heard it a lot in many tactical, shooters games. It means you need to open your eyes and be concentrated to stay alive in battle, and ofcourse to kill your opponent.
While thinking about this, I've made a sticker with "Eggs" analogy. After you've boiled your (chickens) eggs, you need to peel them.
So here you are:
You're peeling your own eyes to be precise while you shoot.
And if you wear this sticker enough, you can actually taste those eyes, like a boiled egg.

I'ts probably not a CS:GO specific idea, but I think it fits nicely.

"Peel your eyes and make a headshot, oh, and don't forget to eat"
