Read the text and you'll see that T++ isn't required to basically use this asset. It just "adds" a feature. And meanwhile there are several mods that provide the use of more than just one track and all the time mods become orphaned, so it is something that everyone can decide on their own whether to use a mod and which mod it is going to be.

use this mod instead to use all tracks. i hope it works for you.
Let's just say someone gave me a CD which I waited 2 hours to upload and install Cities Skylines.
I had a whole folder of assets & mods before anyways, and I take the mods I want with the ID & I search in google & find the download links (nonsteam)
I can't pay CS atm but I will eventually.
i wouldn't know any reason why it should not appear. maybe try closing/restarting steam or try to unsubscribe/subscribe.
