For a mere 700.000$ you too can have this beauty and start up a family.

looks like the kind of house to be divided up and rented out. There are quite a few houses like this in chicagoland

@Kliekie - This is one of the most beautiful houses I've seen on the workshop. Simple yet elegant and the blue really gives it character.

Keep up the good work and hopefully you can make more like this Kliekie?

Hi there KLIEKIE :^)

I already subscribed to some of your homes & just didn't subscribe to the extra items required by the house, & I have a mod on my computer that lets me change out all the plants on a building (or a whole game-board) for ones that fit the theme of that game .. in this case my tropical game. Then I made 2 custom-parks (only 1 & 2 tiles wide) filled with tropical plants to place on either side. Sooo much work.

So thank you so much for allowing me to customize your asset instead with Asset Editor. But if I do I promise to acknowledge right at the top of the description that it's your custom asset that I've just added some yard to, and I'll add the link to your building telling folks to go to that link to get your original with your yard on it. Thank you soooo much for letting me do that. Saves sooo much time.

Thank you sooooo much for making these wonderful homes. I'm hoping you make some more.

@ HGscMENTOR: You can load this asset in the Asset Editor, uncheck the box 'load with existing props' and you have a bald version of the asset with just the house so you can place your own props as you wish.

The building is beautiful, I absolutely love the porches..... but the hedges & paving all around the house don't fit into the scheme of my city .... or the vanilla backyard toys. I would like to plop just the house and then plant Mr. Maison's tropical trees (as they look real) around it to use on a tropical island.

Any chance this building will be offered with just grass and Mr. Maison's tropical landscaping anytime soon?

@Kliekie, Thank you. I've dabbled with some of these not knowing their full potential. You've set me on the right path. Much appreciated.

@spfldsatellite, I'm not gonna make it as a prop, that's not a good idea looking at the tri count als LOD problems. However you could take a look at these mods, they should do what you want to to do:

To place any object anywhere without waiting it to spawn somewhere random:

This to avoid nagging about having to make colored zones first:

To select the item and move it to anywhere you want:

And this one to place props directly anywhere in game:

Can this be available as a prop as well? I really enjoy building small scenes in this game and I'm hoping to get a little more ambitious with creating larger scenes. I'm seeing TONS of buildings/houses I would like to use but I'm not sure how aside from wating for them to populate tiles and grabbing them for what I actually want to do with it. It's probably a dumb question as I'm only just getting into customizing this game.
