it is always repeatable to form a long beach, long beach like it !! :)
street lights and umbrellas other are arranged manner to remain at the same distance always whenever you put him
no slope problem for the beach it adapts to the terrain
Must only the road and parking must be flat.
Use terraforming tool for that and color beach

yes, the game does not want to update it ,
but you can do it yourself with the game editor
or easier read the description!

we can change tree/remove or duplicate this asset
however i have no idea, if it works with the original updates, i have not performed since 2015!
it should, however, because is created with the original engine ,

Just problem with add thumbnail we can find link with a custom thumbnail and Tooltip Image for the in game toolbar

But I saw your message on Steam
To answer your message , the most realistic would be a Boreal land
Or use the tools or mod with sand option in workshop

Ohh. I found it now. I thought that it will ad the sand too. Sorry for bothering you. By the way, have you got any ideas how to get the actual beach. Like, the sand. I don't have it in my city anywhere.
