In this guide, I explain the steps that I done for unlock the Droggeljug achievement because I couldn't unlock it playing the whole game and nor could unlock it playing only the end of the game in Droggeljug mode using a saved file. (Easy way).

I hope that this guide can help to you to unlock this achievement.

Before starting, you need to ensure that the Droggeljug mode is available. Normally, when you finish the game, this option appears in the game settings (Button Settings on the main menu) at the right side of the "Subtitle" option. If you see a face at the right side of the "Subtitles" option, don't enable in this moment, only you need to close the game. If you don't see the face, play again the ending of the game obviating all dialogues and animation sequences. When you see the credits rolling, press ESC and go to the Settings option. Look if the face appears in the right side of "Subtitles". Next step, you need to close and exit of the game..

If you didn't have good luck on finishing in Droggeljug mode using your personal save game, try to use this save game.

1. Download this saved game dated on 21st August 2012. This saved game is not mine. Is from other user.

2. Unzip the file, using for example Winrar or Winzip, to one of this paths:

C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\Daedalic Entertainment\Deponia\Savegames\
(For Windows Vista/7/8/8.1/10 users)

C:\Documents and Settings\%Username%\Local Settings\App Data\Daedalic Entertainment\Deponia\Savegames\
(For Windows XP users)

Tip: Press Windows key + R Key for open the Run dialog. Copy the correct path for you OS and paste it on the Run dialog. Press enter and the saved game folder will be open.

Well, if you stay in this step, you have a game saved in the correct path. Let's go to change settings.

1. Launch Deponia - Welcome to Deponia

2. Change the voice language and text language into English.

3. Go to Settings and verify again that you can see a face at the right side of "Subtitles" option. If you can not see the face, you need to play again the ending of the game. You can use the saved game downloaded. This file was created on 08/21/2012. You can obviate all dialogues and animated sequences. Press ESC when you see the credits and when you see the Main Menu, go to Settings option.

4. Clic in the checkbox at the left of the face image to enable the Droggeljug mode.



(Note: If you see a confirmation, you need to accept for use the Droggeljug mode.)

1. If is all alright, after you confirm that you want to use the droggeljug mode, when you click on New Game; you should see a confirm dialog with the word "Droggeljug?". Clic on accept.

2. Now, you are in the tutorial. Skip it clicking on the X button at the right side of the game screen. Press ESC for skip the song. The most important is who you are at the Rufus' room.

3. When Rufus finished to see for his telescope,you can load now the game saved with date 08/21/2012 and finish again the game with SOUND ENABLED, WITHOUT OBVIATE THE DIALOGUES AND WITHOUT OBVIATE THE ANIMATED SEQUENCES. If is all alright, you can see and hear the Droggeljug word along of the game. When you watch the credits rolling, the Droggeljug achievement will be unlocked.


PD.: I mentioned that the sound must be enabled because you can disable it for you aren't listen Droggeljueg every second over, over and over times.

Following this steps, I could unlock this achievement.

This is another solution if you have Win10 x64, Deponia v.3.3.1356. Thanks to the user Kurt_Gunner for provide it ;D)

1. Download the savegame from the Deadalic support page (you will also find the necessary steps on their page)

2. Extract the savegame to the Deponia savegame folder

3. Remove all other files, except the one you just extracted (You don't have to delete them, just move them to another folder.)

4. Deactivate Steam Cloud Syncronization for Deponia

5. Start Deponia and set language and subtitle to english

6. Load the savegame to finish the game in normal mode.

7. After you returned to the main menu activate the Droggeljug mode in your settings.

8. Start a new game in Droggeljug mode.
