Here is a list of things you will NEED...
-1. A Robotics class character.
-2. Access to North Sonoran Desert.
-3. A Rocket Turret.

Here is a list of things you will WANT...
-1. Health Station
-2. Power Station

The location you need to setup at, is right outside the entrance for North Sonora.
It is up on the big mountain/hill you see to the left.

It's a little tricky to get to the spot you need to set up at, but this guide should make it simple.

Step 1. Fly Here


Step 2. Fly as high as you can till you are standing on this ledge(aimed at)


Step 3. Again, continue to fly as high as it will let you till you can stand on this ledge.


Step 4. Once you are on the ledge shown above, fly around to the front where you can see Dome City, and land on the wider open space. Put down your Health Station first incase the Colony Wasps shoot at you, then place your Rocket Turret down, make sure it is pointing outward, not to the side, (this can take time to get right).

Step 5. Sit back enjoy the free loot!
