This is my first walkthrough guide. If there are any mistakes, please do comment below. Much thanks.

I'm making this walkthrough location by location since it is easier that way. Easy to understand (hopefully). Anyway, hope this guide helps! 。^‿^。

1. James' House
  • Take the handphone on the kitchen counter.
  • Phone call from Cristoforo. Meet him in the bar.
  • Mario, the bar owner visit you.
  • Talk to Mario (All topics).
  • Mario will give the keys to the car (added to the inventory).
  • You noticed Mario's wound. Give him stitches.
  • Go to the bathroom.
  • Click the cabinet above the sink.
  • Emergency Kit is added to the inventory.
  • Inventory: Right click to open the Emergency Kit:
    • Cotton, Peroxide, scalpel and gauze are added to the inventory.
  • Click the Sewing Kit on the lowest shelf at the right of the sink.
  • Needle, thread, and silicone tube are added to the inventory.
  • Before exiting the bathroom. Click on the Bidet beside the toilet.
  • Exit the bathroom.
  • Turn on the stove in the kitchen.
  • Inventory: Use the needle with the stove.
  • Sterilised needle added to the inventory.
  • Inventory:
    • Combine the cotton with the Peroxide.
    • Combine the sterilised needle with the thread.
  • Soaked cotton and, needle and thread added to the inventory.
  • Inventory:
    • Use the soaked cotton on Mario.
    • Use the needle and thread.
    • Lastly, use the gauze.
  • Done! You've stitched Mario's wound and he will lead you to his bar.
  • Auto conversation with Mario
  • Grappa added to the inventory.
  • Call from Cristoforo. Meet at Brigida's House, Piazza Farnese (You will auto-walk to the house once you are there)
  • Inventory: Use the Keys on the red car.
  • Cutscene
  • You will be in Brigida's House automatically after the cutscene.
  • ACHIEVEMENT:

NOTE:
Dialogue skipper



To get this achievement, you need to finish the game in less than two hours. You can do so by skipping the conversations. You'll get this achievement once you've done act I.

My gameplay for this game is 3.3h, I started skipping the conversation when I was in the bank. So, I'm not really sure why I still got this achievement. I thought I needed to play the game again to get it.
2. Santa Brigida's House
  • Take the notepad and the book on the floor.
  • Check the other things on the floor and the blood.
  • Exit the house and you will automatically be in the hospital.
  • Cutscene
  • Return to Santa Brigida's House in Piazza Farnese.
  • Inventory:
  • Check the notepad - number written on it is 3795.
  • Go back to your house.
  • Inventory: Check the book:
    • 5 bookmarks of saints in it. (You can turn the pages at the corner of the book)
    • Click one of the bookmarks (added to the inventory).
  • Check the calendar on the wall near the fridge.
  • Inventory: Use the bookmarks on the calendar.
  • Saints Birthdays are noted.
  • Inventory: Combine the bookmarks with the book.
    • Right click the bookmarks to know the birth date of each Saints.
  • Decoding the book:
    There is a hidden message in the book that are linked with the Saints Birthdays.
    On the left page, count the lines from the top, then from left to right, for the words.

    • St. Alexis: 17th of February - 17/2 {Line 17, Word 2: Click Cooperative}
    • St. James: 3rd of May - 3/5 {Line 3, Word 5: Click Ostia}
    • St. Joseph: 19th of March - 19/3 {Line 19, Word 3: Click Bank}
    • St. John: 5th of January - 5/1 {Line 5, Word 1: Click Credit}
    • St. Stanislaus: 11th of April - 11/4 {Line 11, Word 4: Click of}

    Hidden Message: Cooperative Credit Bank of Ostia.

  • Bank added to the map.
  • Exit your house and go to the bank.
  • ACHIEVEMENTS:

3. Cooperative Credit Bank of Ostia
  • Talk to the woman at the left: Anna Marano.
    • Click all the topics. Once done, the customer will leave.
  • Talk to Paola Marano on all topics.
  • Talk to Anna Marano again.
  • Talk about the Book of Prayers (on the table).
  • Prove to Anna Marano that you are the priest.
  • Do not exit the conversation.
  • Inventory: Use the Bible on Anna Marano.
  • Exit conversation.
  • Take the Book of Prayers.
  • Inventory: Check the Book of Prayers.
    • Click the inscription in the book and will be written in the notepad.
  • Check the lump below the inscription.
  • Inventory: Use the scalpel on the lump.
    • Small medal added to the inventory.
  • Inventory: Check the small medal.
    • Ecclesiam Sancti Leonis de Leprignano. You took note on the inscription.
  • Return the book to Anna Marano.
    • Last conversation with her.
  • Exit the bank. Go to Santa Brigida's House.
  • ACHIEVEMENTS:

4. Santa Brigida's House
  • Cutscene
  • Check the empty bottle behind the nun.
  • Inventory: Give the Grappa to the nun.
  • Click on Cristoforo's Keys in the cabinet.
    • Cristoforo's Keys added to the inventory.
  • Inventory: Check Cristoforo's Keys.
    • 3 Keys: Room, car, and a hexagonal key.
  • Exit Santa Brigida's House. Go back to your house.
  • ACHIEVEMENTS:

5. James' House
  • Click the laptop on the table in front the fridge.
  • Click the Web Search Engine icon.
    • Notepad will automatically open.
  • Click the word Ecclesiam Sancti Leonis de Leprignano on the notepad.
  • Click Search.
  • "Leprignano is the ancient name of the village Capena. The name was changed in 1933."
  • Exit the laptop.
  • Capena added to the map.
  • Exit your house. Go to Capena.
  • ACHIEVEMENTS:

6. Capena Church
  • Cutscene
  • Talk to the church keeper (all the topics).
  • Click the window at the back (behind the podium).
  • Click the drape at the podium at the back to take it.
    • The church keeper will not let you.
  • Inventory: Use your wallet on the church keeper.
    • Postcard added to the inventory.
  • Click the drape again to take it.
  • Inventory: Use the drape on the candle-snuffer (in front the pew, at the right corner)
    • Drape and candle-snuffer added to the inventory.
  • Inventory: Use the drape and candle-snuffer on the window.
  • Cutscene
  • Rotate the drape until the staff of St. Leone is vertically aligned with the cross on the window. Refer to the picture below:
  • Cutscene
  • You will automatically walk to the niche where the sun's beam has enlightened the area.
  • Inventory: Use Cristoforo's Keys on the niche.
    • Cutscene
    • Diary and cell phone added to the inventory.
  • Inventory: Read the diary that belongs to Antonio Marano.
    • Read everything.
    • Click Reminder: monitor DreamRes
    • You will automatically take note.
    • Exit diary.
  • Inventory: Check the cell phone.
    • Need the laptop and pin code.
  • Put the drape back at the podium.
  • Exit the church. Go back to your house.

  • Inventory: Use the cell phone on the laptop.
    • Type in the pin code which is the number on the notepad: 3795.
  • Click the file.
    • The video will play.
  • Photo of the meeting added to the inventory.
  • Inventory: Check the Photo.
    • Find out who the people are in the photo.
  • Click the laptop again.
  • Click the Web Search Engine icon.
    • The notepad will automatically open.
  • Click DreamRes on the notepad.
  • Click Search.
  • Exit laptop.
  • Exit your house. Go to Piazza Farnese.
8. Jewelry Store
  • First scene in the video file is the tip for the next location which is the Jewelry Store Amato Gioielli. Picture for reference below:
    Parking sign and the letters on the shop sign above the guy.
  • Click the Jewelry store left side of Santa Brigida's House.
  • Inventory: Use the Photo on the Jewelry store.
  • Click the interphone beside the door and the jeweler will come out.
  • After talking to the jeweler, do not exit the conversation.
  • Inventory: Use the photo on the jeweler.
    • The photo will be at the right side of the screen.
  • Click the criminal.
    • The jeweler denies about knowing the guy in the picture.
  • Click the witness.
    • The jeweler denies about being that man.
  • Jeweler drops the cigar and goes back in the shop.
  • Pick up the cigar.
    • Cigar added to the inventory
  • Inventory: Combine the cigar with the photo.
  • Click the interphone again. Jeweler comes out.
  • While talking:
    • Open Inventory.
    • Use cigar on the jeweler.
  • Jeweler admit who the guy is.
  • Raja added to the map.
  • Exit the Piazza Farnese. Go to Raja.

  • Click the arrows when following Massimino's car. (make sure you don't make mistakes)

  • Click on the luxury car.
  • Click on the license plate (behind the car).
  • Inventory: Use soaked cotton on the license plate.
    • You enter the info in the notepad.

  • Click your house. Go to Mario's Bar.

  • Exit the laptop.

  • Exit your house. Go to Evola's Mansion.

  • Check the electronically closed gate.
  • Check the camera at the left.
  • Check the damaged fence.
  • Click the garbage bin.

    • Sheet added to the inventory.
  • Climb the scaffolding.

  • Before using the sheet on the chimney, change your computer's date to December 24 to get an achievement.
    • Click on the date and time
    • Click change date and time settings
    • Click Internet Time
    • Click Change settings
    • Untick Synchronize with and Internet time server
    • Click OK
    • Click OK again then back to the game.
    • Left Click the chimney and the achievement should appear.
    • Don't forget to change your date and time back to normal.
  • Inventory: Use the sheet on the chimney

  • Turn on the lamp on the coffee table
  • Pick up the pillow on the sofa
  • Take the blanket between the boxes
  • Take the rag beside the table.
  • Inventory: Combine the rag, pillow, and the blanket to make a puppet.
  • Us the puppet on the sofa.
  • Turn off the lamp.
  • Hide behind the boxes at the left corner.
