Introduction
Pickers is a hybrid of a "hidden picture" game and an imitation of television shows such as American Pickers and Pawn Stars. Basically, you click on random junk and look for treasure in the form of rare currencies, vintage goods, and vehicles that need restorative work. Sell your wares, make a ton of money, lather rinse repeat. It's a quirky game, not for everyone, and it's offered at the weird price point of $10. The short of it is this game probably doesn't have a wide audience.

Anyways, there was a lack of an achievement guide for this game so I've assembled one. The achievements for this game are incredibly easy (for the most part) and if you use this guide you can knock them all out on your first go around in an afternoon.
General Buying/Selling Achievements
Trendy: Buy and sell an item from the Hot Category
Trend Setter: Buy and sell 20 items from the Hot Category
The "Hot" category is random and will be communicated to you at the start of each day in the game. These are things like "Kitchenware" and "Motorcycle & Automotive". You can determine the category an item belongs to when you haggle with the owner.

Restorer: Restore an item
Perfectionist: Restore all items before they are sold
Sometimes when you buy an item it will be in poor condition, such as a metal sign or a bike. When you get ready to sell these items in your store you'll be presented with the option to "Restore" the item for a small fee. For the "Perfectionist" achievement all you have to do is make sure you choose "Restore" for every item that offers you this option during the game.

Knowledge Seeker: Consult the Expert 20 times
Similar to the above achievement, next to the Restore option is the "Ask Expert" button. This costs a fee, and it can only be used 3 times per day, however the expert will appraise your items for you and reveal additional information. Some items will have their names changed outright when they are appraised (and become more valuable).

Tinkerer: Combine two items to create something new
Crafty Collector: Create 10 new items using the combine tool
Some items will have a yellow "+" on their icons. This means that there is another part that goes with it. Sometimes you can find both parts from the same seller, other times the pieces are in two different places. Regardless, once you find both of them (such as a Pocket Watch and a Watch Chain) you will have the option to combine them in your store using the menu at the bottom of the screen.

Business Savvy: Make a profit 5 days in a row
Making a profit in this game is not hard. Don't buy anything that is obviously crap and stick to the "Hot" category of the day and you'll turn a profit easily on all 30 days.

Alluring: Change a character's mood to green in one transaction
All of the sellers have "junk" items floating around in the $15-$30 price range. If you offer them double their asking price you will max out their mood in a single transaction.

Anger Management: Bring an owner's mood from angry (red) to happy (green) in one day
Each time someone sells you an item for anything less than their asking price they will hate you a little more. You can gently nudge a seller into the red with your first six purchases, then make your seventh purchase a junk item that you pay them double for to bring them back up.

Charismatic: End a day with two or more characters liking you (in green)
Don't try ripping off any of the sellers and you won't have a problem getting this. Most of the time, sellers will not go more than one or two clicks down on their offering price, so don't even try. There are far more than two people in the game, however if you are having problems keeping their moods up, use the tip in the above achievement and use a junk item to max out their meter.

Haggler: Buy an item at less than 75% of the asking price
Bulk Discount: Buy a group of items at less than 65% of the asking price
The more a seller likes you (mood), the more lax they will be on their asking prices. Get someone's mood maxed out and then find an item that is in the $100-$200 price range. They'll easily let it go for 75% of their asking price, the same goes for two items in the 65% range.

Fire Sale: Auction 20 items for a profit
Auctioning is an option presented to you when you are figuring out what prices to sell things at in your store. Generally, items whose value reaches the 4-digit mark are better off being sent to the auction house where you'll fetch more money for them.

Auctioneer: Make a 300% profit in an auction
When you appraise an item and it's worth more than a few thousand dollars, send it to auction. There's a pretty good chance you'll make well over 300% profit on it. Normally, the best items to auction off are ones that either require assembly of two parts or are exceedingly expensive (motorcycles, the Shakespeare manuscript, etc). The "Hot" category also factors into how much you will make.

Money In The Bank: Reduce your store inventory to one page anytime after the 20th day
As long as you are not scalping your items at high prices or sitting on a bunch of parts awaiting their other halves you shouldn't really ever have more than one page of inventory at any point in the game. If you need to free up space, you'll need to cut prices on your items pretty deep to move them out the door quickly.
Specific Buying/Selling Achievements
Cellar Picker: Sell 5 items from Lizzie Davis' crawl space
Lizzie Davis is the fat soccer mom from the Northeast US. The one with the house and yard that looks like it belongs in Detroit. On the ground to the right of her front door is her cellar, simply pick out five items from here and flip them. Note that for some reason combination items do not count as two unless you sell them separately, which isn't advised.

The Geek: End a day with Patrick Merman in a green mood
Patrick Merman is the nerd who lives in California and blows all of his tech money or Bitcoins or whatever on comic books and movie stuff. It's not hard to put him in a good mood, however if you are struggling with this go into his back room and offer him $30 for the Bigfoot picture. It'll bring his mood up, and you'll also get another achievement for buying the photograph.

Crusader: Combine a Suit of Armor with a Sword
Both of these items are located in Broderick Fagin's House in Washington state. He's the hoarder with all the medevial torture devices and jars of pee all over his house. The suit of armor is in the first screen leaning over by the window. The sword that goes with it is downstairs resting against the side of the staircase by the crutch.

Safety First: Buy CJ Baxter's safe
Located in the Baxter Farm. Inside the barn on the floor in front of the hidden picture minigame.

Rockin Daddy: Buy a Jukebox
Located in Thaddeus Clark's Smalltown Antiques. Behind the fish bowl on the first screen.

Sunshine: Buy a Sun Clock
Located in Miller Storage. Hanging on the wall in the upper right of the first screen.

Junk Yard Art: Buy a Muffler Man
Located in Ray Atkin's Bus. Behind the blue umbrella on the first screen.

Reel To Reel: Buy a Movie Projector
Located in Carlisle Antique Shop. On the top-most shelf near the striped swimsuit inside the shop.

Weather Forecast: Buy a Snow Globe
Located in Esther Dowdy's Home. It's upstairs just in front of the hidden object minigame (off to the right).

High Stakes Purchase: Buy a Vampire Hunting Kit
Located in the Broderick Fagin House. On the shelf near the steps to the basement.

Staying Single: Buy a Motorized Scooter from Hambone Richards
Located in H.R. Salvage. Sitting near the slot machine on the first screen.

In The Trenches: Buy a WWII Helmet
Located in Sharp's Warehouse. It's located in the close-up screen directly under the red and black flannel jacket on the first screen.

Talent Show: Buy an Accordion
Located in McGuire's Gas Station. It's on the ground in front of the entrance to the shop.

Sasqwatch: Buy a Bigfoot Photo
Located in Patrick Merman's Apartment. In the back room hanging on the shelf in between the hanging plane and astronoaut toy.
Minigame Achievements
Quick Profit: Complete a hidden object scene in under a minute
This can be accomplished most quickly by simply going around clicking on every individual item on the screen. There is no time penalty for clicking erroneously. Once you've gone through and clicked what's immediately visible you should have picked up most of the list. Now you can go back and clean up the stragglers. (Use hints if needed, but realize that this will void other achievements.)

Contract Picker: Complete 5 unique hidden object scenes
Thorough Picker: Complete each hidden object game without using any hints
Sharp Eye: Complete each hidden object game without using the scanner
Hidden object scenes are found in each location. They're pretty obvious because they glow yellow and are generally just out in the open. When you start one, you'll be given 12 items to find, plus a bonus 13th. If you click on any item's name, your phone will show its shadow. You can also use the phone to get a hint as to where the item is. Don't do either of these. The games are a little tedious, but there is no penalty for mis-clicking. If you cannot find the items, just click on each thing you see.

You will need to find every single item form every single location. Doing only one hidden object minigame per day will not suffice in clearing them all. Start out by doing one minigame each day until about day 23. You should be far enough ahead that you can stop buying regular items for sale. Now, simply go from place to place completing the hidden object minigames until you finish all of them. (Once you complete a minigame you can actually leave the location and keep the item you received.)
Completion Achievements
Wanderlust: Unlock all locations in the game
This achievement will unlock itself by the time you finish one complete game.

Explorer: Explore every scene, hidden object game, and close up in the first 6 location
"Scenes" are the places that show a walking icon when you hover over them; there is one in each location. "Close-ups" will show an eyeball icon when you hover over certain parts of each scene; there is at least one close-up in every scene. Hidden object games are essentially close-ups, and show an eyeball icon, and they are easy to spot because they glow yellow and emit floating dollar signs.

Lucky7: Maintain the leader position for 7 days
Leader Of The Pack: Reach the Number 1 Rank!
Smart buying and selling is key here, obviously. For the first ten or so days you'll probably hover around 4th through 6th place, save your cash though. Eventually you'll be able to buy some high-dollar items and auction them off for a substantial amount of money (Shakespeare manuscript, FDR's cane, Jefferson's wig, Emerald prism, Rare comic book, etc). This will propel you ridiculously far ahead to the point where you can spend the last days of the game buying up all the random trash/crap items that have achievements attached to them or focus on the minigame completion achievements.

Key Keeper: Collect 40 keys to unlock Unlimited Hidden Object Mode
Key Master: Find all 60 keys
"Keys" are just that, little keys thrown all over the place. They will either look like an antique hoop-shaped key or a standard house key. They blend in with the environment very well, however a good rule of thumb is to keep in mind that there is generally one key on every single screen and close-up in the game, minus the hidden object bonus rounds. Unfortunately, keys do not respawn once you complete the game so I did not get to put together a proper list, however a list can be found here:

Closing
Overall, Pickers is a decent way to waste an afternoon. I would not recommend buying this game at full price; wait for a sale event and get it for maybe $5 or something instead. It has low replay value because the only random factor is the Hot topic of the day, all of the items spawn in the same locations in every game. That makes for easy achievements at least.

The takeaway here is don't be dumb with your money and pay attention to who sells what so when the Hot topic is announced you'll know where to go. (e.g. Thaddeus sells a lot of maritime things, Carlisle sells a lot of toys and political-themed items, etc.)

If you enjoyed this guide, I accept thanks in the form of friendly comments and free trading cards. :P

Good guide.

You may want to tag it as English, otherwise it won't show up by default. You'll probably get more views/hits that way.
