Yet Another 3D Maneuver Gear

This is a SWEP, of the 3D Maneuver Gear/Omni-directional Maneuver Gear from Attack on Titan/Shingeki no Kyojin.

WHAT'S SPECIAL ABOUT THIS ONE?
- Two hooks that can be fired and retracted independently.
- A bit more control over hook speed.
- Goes much faster, and has marginally more realistic physics.
- Smoke trails!
- Aim-assist makes it easier to hook onto corners, trees, lampposts, helicopters, etc.
- Decent entity tracking that doesn't automatically latch onto someone's feet (but it's still not perfect)
- A configuration menu (currently admin-only.)

WHAT DOESN'T THIS HAVE?
- Swords. No swords yet. (UPDATE: OK, I lied. Probably never.)
- Gas is still unlimited.
- Physics can be tricky to learn.

HOW TO USE:
Left click fires the left hook.
Right click fires the right hook.
Holding JUMP or SPRINT speeds up the hooks.
Holding CROUCH applies centripetal force (it's for swinging--just try it; you'll see.)
