This is a guide for the map Waste Disposal. It's a map without too much crates or barrels to carry BUT very dark. And where lanterns tend to break faster than in the other maps.

As usual, the map isn't to scale.

Waste disposal was going to come before Hydroponic Hell but I did it after... Probably because I break lanterns easily there.

Also, I wanna promote this guide made by Jepp about achievements - it helped me a lot!

Any specific achievement?
This map is needed (or can be used because of a specificity) for the following achievements:

  • Operation Brownwash - Complete Waste Disposal Level
  • First Aid - Restock a total of 50 medkits over your cleaning career by punching out of levels with medkits
  • Head Hunter - Collect a head from each species in cleaned levels and take them to your office // Brown alien's head (same as Evil Science)
  • Bob's Legacy - Find Bob // Note from Bob between two barrels
  • "Red Keycard" - Unlock Bob's super secret secret stash room // Given the fact that you need to find Bob to retrieve the keycard...

Tips
  • You have to go in the water to retrieve barrels, clean the walls and pick up an arm. The stairs are difficult to climb up, so be patient. While you're not going to see a trail of stains from your own shoes once outside the water, you will have at least one on the stairs.
  • Putting your mop in the water will stain it immediately.
  • Holes can be hard to detect: on pipes, behind them, etc;
  • Putting buckets or disposal bins in the sewers is risky. I suggest you to keep them out of them and do some walk.
  • Four lanterns can be found, however, as the rooms and hallways are smalls, you have a higher risk of breaking them. Since update v0.45, there is a vendor in the level. Waste Disposal was also the second map where the device sells medikits when there was none needed until V.070.

You can get up the stairs from the water easily by holding down spacebar as you ascend.
