look I appreciate the effort, but making the enemies literally impervious to bullet fire while they are sprinting isn't a difficulty feature, it's retarded.

Guys if you want improved rebel AI, go check out Lynch's "NPC Essentials" addon. It's new and it's getting popular. He also told me that it is compatible with this AI overhaul.
