How to have armour and decent dodge, while also having low detection

In this guide, I'm going to show you what you need to make low detection, high armour and 50% dodge build

Premise
In this guide I want to show you my build to get 50% dodge, decent mobility and have quite some armour.

I will show both a <5 and <25 detection build, but you still have 50% dodge in both.
(Note, this build was made with infamy 1 so there is the 10% less skill bonus in play)
Build Dodge Part
For this build's dodge part, we are looking at 2 groups in the skill tree, ''Artful Dodger'' and ''Silent Killer'', both in the ''Ghost'' sub group.

in Artful Dodger the skills you wanna take are:
- Duck and Cover Aced = 10% dodge while sprinting.
- Inner Pockets Aced = for lower detection from armour and melee.
-Then anything to get Sneaky Bastard, basic if you are going for minimum detection or Aced if you want to go for <25 detection = 10% dogde at any time.

Personally I go for Parkour Aced for the extra movement and able to sprint in any direction which goes hand in hand with Duck and Cover Aced.

Then in Silent Killer the skills you wanna take are (Optional if you want to go for as low detection, not needed if you go for <25 detection):
- Second wind = needed to even start the the perk tree
- Optical illusion Aced = less chance to be targeted and reduce detection when using suppressors
- Low Blow = might as well take this, it gives crit chance based on the same stat as dodge, lower detection means higher dodge and crit chance.

Build Armour Part
For this build's Armour part, we are looking at 1 group in the skill tree, ''Tank'' in the ''Enforcer'' sub group.

In Tank the skills you wanna take are:
- Resilience Aced = reduce time to recover armour and reduce flash-bang effects.
- Die Hard Aced = reduce damage taken while interacting and +20 armour points.
- Shock and Awe Basic = increase armour recovery for you and your crew (switch this out if a teammate is already using it as it otherwise doesn't stack or convince your teammate to switch it out).
- Bullseye basic = recover armour for getting headshots.
- Iron man basic = +30% armour.

Perk Deck
The perk deck we are going to use for this is ''Crook''
Crook does two main things:
- it increases armour ratings for ballistic vests (Increase of 65%).
- it increases dodge chances while using ballistic vests (increase of 40%, ballistic vest has a 15% negative, leaving you with 25% base dodge).

The word ballistic vest is important here, this means the bonuses only apply when using: Ballistic vest, lightweight ballistic vest and heavy ballistic vest.
Two-piece suit, Flack jacket, combined tactical vest and improved combined tactical vest don't benefit at all.

If you use all the perks that increase your armour rating while using this perk deck, the improved combined tactical vest has the highest armour rating, followed up by the heavy ballistic vest.

Loadout
Armour: Heavy Ballistic vest.
Melee: doesn't really matter, as long as you choose something with high concealment, I personally go for the butterfly knife (Max concealment and fancy spin animation).
Guns:
<25 detection
Primary: AK17
Secondary: Contractor
<5 detection
Primary: Cavity 9mm
Secondary: LEO
Throw-able, gadgets, mask: whatever your heart desires or fits your crew role.

For weapons you have a lot of options and what you choose is really up to you, with sneaky bastard basic your sweet-spot is less than 5 detection, with sneaky bastard Aced your sweet-spot is now <25.
Depending on the gun and the modifications you can bring the detection up and down.
Also don't forget to get a concealment boost on your gun, if you need to get that one or two extra points.

AI Crew Bonus
If you play with AI teammates, there are 2 crew boosts that improve your armour and dodge chances:
- Protector = +30 armour points.
- Distractor = +5% dodge chance.

There is also concealer to get 3 points less in detection, but this is not needed at all, as you can get detection down easily.

Downside of the bots is, that playing with other players, will give way better coordination and benefits.
But if you play with players, they will replace the bots and their boosts, so it is a pick and choose situation, but if you play solo for this build, these 2 boosts are the most beneficial for the build.

Lets calculate it together:

Dodge chance:
Higher Detection <25
Skills:
Duck and Cover Aced = 10% dodge while sprinting.
Sneaky Bastard Aced = 10% dogde at any time.
Perk Deck:
Crook increase of 40%, ballistic vest has a 15% negative, leaving you with 25% base dodge.
AI boost:
Distractor = +5% dodge chance.
Total: 40% dodge at all time, while sprinting 50% dodge while sprinting.

Low detection Risk <5
Skills:
Duck and Cover Aced = 10% dodge while sprinting.
Sneaky Bastard basic = 10% dogde at any time.
Perk Deck:
Crook increase of 40%, ballistic vest has a 15% negative, leaving you with 25% base dodge.
AI boost:
Distractor = +5% dodge chance.
Total: 40% dodge at all time, while sprinting 50% dodge while sprinting.

Armour points:
Skills:
Die Hard Aced = +20 armour points.
Iron man basic = +30% armour.
Perk Deck:
Crook = +65% armour.
Loadout:
Heavy Ballistic vest base = 70 armour points.
AI boost:
Protector = +30 armour points.
Total: 205.5 armour points.
