I’ve definitely been in situations where I had to watch one perp get away just because my AI partner stood there like a statue. I had no idea the support call system worked like that behind the scenes. That’s actually really clever — pulling from RTS mechanics? Neat indeed.
With that said, I’d love to see this kind of functionality be made a bit more intuitive or even automated. Maybe have your partner automatically chase or track the second suspect if you call in support — or prompt the player with a quick action option. Right now it’s easy to miss unless you dig into the mechanics.
