Avian Avalis

Removes the mod's custom species class, moving the species to the vanilla Avian class for greater mod compatibility and those sweet, sweet traits. Note that due to modding limitations, the species will still have its own selection tab in the empire creation screen.

Also removes the mod's graphical culture (shipset and city textures) because they don't seem to differ from the machine gfx and I don't like seeing multiple entries of the same things.
