Fixing the "Deliver the Amulet" Softlock

I got 2 hours into the game before I realized I never received the quest to deliver the Amulet of Kings in the sewers. Here is how to fix it, it is relatively simple BUT WILL DISABLE ACHIEVEMENTS.

1. Press Tilde (~, found just below ESC) to open the command line.
2. Type "Altar.Cheat.AllowSetStage true" (This will allow you to set quest progress)
3. Type "setstage MQ02 00" (This will give you the "Deliver the Amulet" quest)
4. Done. Now Deliver the Amulet. Note: THIS WILL DISABLE ACHIEVEMENTS!

Perhaps, but when I went to Jauffre it never gave me the dialogue to give him the amulet. I would assume if the quest was put into a "lesser quest" state I wouldn't need to set it as the tracked quest for me to continue.

Could it become an non-journal quest due to some race condition? It was a thing with Oblivion and Morrowind, "lesser quests", sometimes MQ joined them.

Baurus gave me the key to the sewer door but the quest was never added. I don't know why; it was a fresh save at that point. When I started a new character the quest triggered the second time. Might of been a one in a million glitch, who knows. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Achievement enabler is already a thing. But.. I question how even you were able to miss it. The door to sewers shouldn't open without that (you get locked out all actions until Emperor talks to you and assasing kills him).
