Tips

Some suggest searching at lower levels (e.g., 14-19), but I found items at even earlier levels.
Always bring a fishing rod and bug net when going to the mine.

Water Seal (Level 20)

Step:

Reach mine level 20 => Talk to Eiland => Collect required items => Put offering (by interacting with the altar in the center)

Where to find materials:

Level 1-19

Reward:

Tide Caverns unlocked (Level 21-40)
Heart Crystal (consumable, max HP +20)
Summon Rain Spell (return to farm to trigger cutscene)

Requirement:

1x Ruby. Mine ruby nodes. can also be sold by Balor for 180t or obtained from the wishing well for a 100t offering.
1x Upper Mines Mushroom, foragable
1x Stone Loach, medium fish
1x Lantern Moth, spawns near light sources

Earth Seal (Level 40)

Step:

Reach mine level 40 => Talk to Juniper => Collect required items => Put offering (by interacting with the altar in the center)

Where to find materials:

Level 21-39

Reward:

Deep Earth unlocked (Level 21-40)
Heart Crystal (consumable, max HP +20)
Growth Spell (return to farm to trigger cutscene)

Requirement:

1x Sapphire. Mine sapphire nodes or break large rock south of museum. Can also be sold by Balor for 200t or obtained from the wishing well for a 100t offering.
1x Jade Dulse, foragable
1x Archerfish, small fish
1x Coral Mantis

Fire Seal (Level 60)

Note:

Unlocking Fire Seal requires Sealing Scroll, which has its own quest, so there will be two quests.

Quest 1: Breaking the Fire Seal:

Reach mine level 60 => Talk to Juniper => Start the Procuring Seal Scroll quest => Obtain Seal Scroll and 3 other materials => Put offering.

Quest 2: Procure the Seal Scroll:

Talk to Balor => Wait 2 days then open mail from Balor => Talk to Balor => Put the quest item in the bin next to Balor's wagon => Talk to Balor => The next day, Balor will deliver the Sealing Scroll to your farm.

Reward:

Lava Caves unlocked (Level 61-80)
Heart Crystal (consumable, max HP +20)
Dragon's Breath Spell
Deep Woods area unlocked, and human Caldarius revealed.

Procure the Seal Scroll Requirement:

10x Ruby
10x Sapphire
10x Emerald
10x Silver Ingots. Their ore version can be found in levels 41-59 or purchased from the blacksmith for 100t. It requires 10 ore to obtain 1 silver ingot by blacksmithing, so 100 silver ore is needed.

Breaking the Fire Seal Requirement:

Materials can be found in levels 41-59.
1x Emerald. Mine emerald nodes. can also be sold by Balor for 240t or obtained from the wishing well for a 100t offering.
1x Rockroot, foragable
1x Sealing Scroll
1x Faceted Rock Gem(artifact). You can increase your chances by unlocking Museum Quality 1 skill perk (boosts chance for uncommon artifacts) and Stoneturner (breaking rocks in the mine can drop artifacts).
