Listen to the gramophone behind the scenes



When diagnosing the patients in the theater-hospital, go behind the stage and look for a gramophone - then play it. It will rapidly increase Mania. There is another gramophone in Filat's apartment building, on the second floor.

When diagnosing a patient, select as many symptoms as you can and exit out of the diagnosis menu.

You can talk to the Haruspex at the hospital, the Changeling in the infected district, and... the Changeling again in the same infected district.

When leaving the theater-hospital for the first time, talk to the worms and ask them to bring you the vaccinated bulls. When you come back later, talk to the herb brides and the bull.

Tools of the Trade
Use or examine all Bachelor's tools



Use the Prototype and the gun, as well as the decree table in the Stillwater. Inspect most of everything with Q, engage with every mechanic (like Fleeting Moments) and talk to everyone (likely including Three and a Half Men) and you will get this achievement.

As interesting as this was, think I'm gonna skip doing all these just because I get tired of having to redo things, I get a sense I'll be doing that more in the full game.

About the Tools of the Trade achievement, after having the vision with Eva, the vision where the residents throw molotovs, the room in front of Eva has a table with some of Daniil's equipment, when you try to use it it says it is unavailable in the DEMO, maybe it is this instrument that is missing for some.

Did another playthrough after reading the developer's hint for Tools of the Trade ("The guide is thinking in the right general direction, but misses some things *Daniil* considers his tools."), and got it after examining a lot more things. Here is a full list that should get you the achievement, some of these are probably not needed though:
-Everything in Thanatica(stuff on the tables, butterflies in a cabinet, suitcase, blackboard, the two NPCs)
-Lit and unlit bonfires in the intro
-People in the Hospital(masked orderlies, your assistant, patients, Burakh)
-Masked orderlies, Clara, and dead bodies at the start of the infected district
-Dying people in the infected district
-Two devices at the table on the ground floor of Stillwater, and the Decree table upstairs

BTW "examine" just means hold Q on them, you dont need to try to use the devices in Stillwater.

If anyone is having trouble with Tools of The Trade, the tools in the Stillwater cannot be "used" as far as the achievement is concerned, they can only be examined. Trying to use them with E doesn't do anything in every sense :dummydoll:

I am still struggling to get the Tools of Trade achievement, even after examining EVERYTHING that has a prompt. Any idea what else to do?
