This is a translation of my original guide in Russian. In this guide, you will be able to unlock almost all the content in the game. Thank you in advance for your comments and feedback!

For the easiest method, we need to unlock a secret character

Boon Marrabbio is one of the secret characters that is quite easy to obtain. To do this, we need to go to the first map, the Mad Forest. After that, we need to find the Skull O’ Maniac and the Pummarola. Additionally, we must have eaten more than 100 chickens in total (all runs count). If you have the

 

•   Milky Way Map

It will be much easier. If you don't have it, I recommend simply going to the Dairy Plant—there, you just need to move south, and arrows will appear on the screen. If you have the Milky Way Map, then start the run. The best character choice depends on skill and upgrade level in the game. Here’s my top list:

1 - Red Death
2 - Leda
3 - Gennaro Belpaese
4 - Poppea Pecorina
5 - O’Sole Mio

Run Tips: Nuances and Simplifications for Easier Unlocking

During the run, we need to take a good Arcana—if they are available, of course. Top 5:

1 - Disco of Gold
2 - Silent Old Sanctuary
3 - Awakening
4 - Waltz of Pearls
5 - Slash

Now, let’s break down the top 3 in detail:

• Disco of Gold – This one is simple. It cuts the time needed in half and greatly simplifies the process. The Arcana pulls all items on the ground to the character every two minutes. So, after picking it up, immediately grab Skull O’ Maniac and Pummarola. We’ll discuss what comes next later.

• Silent Old Sanctuary – This one is a bit trickier but takes about the same time if conditions are met. It grants +3 to rerolls, skips, and banishes, and gives +20% might and -8% cooldown for each empty weapon slot. So, when starting the run, take Laurel—you’ll have three rerolls (you can even set the weapon limit to 2). With this setup, Laurel recharges almost instantly, and your weapon deals massive damage. You can also take Spinach and Empty Tome for more effectiveness.

• Awakening – Even a monkey would understand why this one is useful. It grants +3 revivals. Each time you revive, you gain +10% max HP, +1 armor, and +5% might, area, duration, and speed. Simple—just play, and if you die, you become stronger. Consider picking up Tiragisú for extra revives.

During the run, aim to collect the following weapons:
- Phieraggi – Deals massive AoE damage and prevents you from getting surrounded.
- Death Spiral – Similar to Phieraggi but easier to obtain.
- Holy Wand – Helps eliminate tanky enemies as a targeted weapon.

Throughout the run, focus on defeating the boss to unlock Boon Marrabbio rather than farming XP (more on that later).

We’ve covered all the nuances, so let’s move on. During the run, after obtaining Skull O’ Maniac and Pummarola, cupcakes will start appearing on the map. These cupcakes restore health when eaten and are easy to spot since they stand out. Follow the trail of cupcakes until you encounter the Shadow Boss.

The boss isn’t particularly difficult but is very tanky and immune to the Pentagram, meaning killing it will be a slow and tedious process. To make the fight easier, consider using items like Nduja Fritta and Clock Lancet.

Once you defeat the boss, exit to the main menu, and Boon Marrabbio will be unlocked. He is quite an interesting character, especially due to his stats.

You might have noticed that his projectile speed is -80 (meaning he moves faster than his projectiles). His starting weapon is Thousand Edge, and the rest of his stats are fairly standard. So, let’s move on!

Secrets Menu: Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane
Boon Marrabbio was only needed for killing the bone orb, which drops the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane. We need to go to the Bone Zone and head toward the question mark—there, we will find the bone orb. Thanks to Boon Marrabbio’s special abilities, and if we also take a good Arcana (the ideal choice would be Silent Old Sanctuary), the orb will break almost instantly. The knives will hit it multiple times due to their speed, and the Arcana will boost our damage.

Now, let's talk about some nuances. You must stand in front of the orb, not behind it. It will move forward, and we need to push it back—only this way will it work.



Problem is its HP, but with our damage, it will last no more than 20 seconds—that’s it.
