[EOS] Fixing Crash Issues with Hurtworld V2

Hello everyone! After extensive troubleshooting, I’ve finally found a working solution to fix the crash problem some players encounter with Hurtworld V2. Follow these simple steps carefully, and you should be back to enjoying the game in no time!

Disable EOS Overlay
1. Open the following folder on your computer:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\Launcher\Portal\Extras\Overlay
If you installed the Epic Games Launcher in a different location, make sure to adjust the path accordingly.

2. Locate the file named:
EOSOVH-Win64-Shipping.dll

3. Rename the file to:
1EOSOVH-Win64-Shipping.dll


Why Does This Work?

Renaming the file effectively disables it, resolving the crash issue caused by the overlay system.
