thanks quibbleskit for helping with making the npcs

fun fact: flotobro (the guy who made thoose etb ragdolls) is nightmares friend
apparentally the official rigs are sh*t but i dont see a problem with them

REQUIRES: Ragdoll resizer (some ragdolls are either too big or too small)

fun fact #2: nightmare was the only people who get early access to these models
