This mod improves the Mandate System and how the Mandate holder interacts with the world. It is designed to be modular and compatible, allowing you to easily add your own ideas as addons and submods. It is also compatible with other mods, so you can use it alongside your favorite mods and, what is more, without missing any vanilla missions or events.
