The FED HML, is a twin tube missile launcher that fires Heavy semi armour piercing missiles designed to bust through heavy armour and explode within the target.

When Vanilla + is installed these missiles will track locked targets

Balance TBD, let us know how it feels
currently has 2 km range and does 15000 piecing damage and 2000 explosive damage in a 3m area
