A compatibility patch for the mod Idea Groups Expanded, allowing it to work with Proper 2K UI Enhanced.

Thankfully most of them just need some edited/upscaled icons not like Flavour and Events Expanded that needed a full UI rework.

Thank you it would definitely be amazing, i suppose you already have plan for monuments and so on, i understand it take a lot of time and i definitely appreciate it !
