Made a guide since it took me a minute to figure out.

1. Open Settings
   
2. Go to the Display Settings Tab
   
3. Ensure your resolution is set to your monitor's resolution. (This was my issue after doing the other steps. It seems to default to a smaller display resolution for me so double check this is correct.)
   
4. Scroll down and Disable both of the post processing settings (Blur and DOF). Select OFF
   
5. Navigate to the graphics tab
   
6. Locate Anti-Aliasing and select the one that looks the best for you through trial and error. (The game does not give you an option to disable AA whatsoever in game so you have to pick one. I normally use DLSS but TAA seemingly looks better for me! )
