Create your parade show

Here are the steps !

Create a coaster station in the backstages of your park to store the trains. Each train of your coaster is a parade float
Customize each train (float) of your parade with the new train customization tool
Create the parade route in your park with only wheel sections to control the speed of your floats.
When the route is completed, lower a bit the coaster into the ground to hide the coaster track.
Add some music along parade route
Enjoy the show !
