Beginner’s Guide to Assassin’s Creed Mirage

Master Stealth
Mirage returns to the core stealth mechanics that the early Assassin's Creed games are known for. Utilize the environment to stay hidden:
  • Tall grass and rooftops: These are your go-to hiding spots. Use them to avoid enemies and get a good view of the area.

  • Blend in with crowds: Walk calmly through groups of people to avoid detection by guards. Keep a low profile to avoid suspicion.

  • Whistle: Attract enemies one at a time with the whistle, allowing you to silently take them out.
Use Eagle Vision
Eagle Vision is your best friend for scanning the surroundings. It helps you spot hidden enemies, treasures, and mission objectives. Use it frequently to keep track of your targets and the best ways to approach or avoid them.

Make Use of Your Gadgets
Mirage offers you classic gadgets like smoke bombs and throwing knives:
  • Smoke Bombs: Ideal for quick escapes or for taking out multiple enemies when surrounded.

  • Throwing Knives: Use them to silently eliminate enemies from a distance or to disable alarm bells.
Upgrade Your Gear Early
  • Focus on upgrading your Assassin Blade and stealth gear in the beginning. This will make it easier to perform one-hit assassinations and stay hidden.

  • Collect resources from completing missions and looting treasure to upgrade your equipment.
Parkour is Key
Mirage brings back the importance of parkour with fast, smooth movement through the city. Stick to rooftops, leap from building to building, and avoid enemies by staying up high as much as possible.

Main Missions vs. Side Activities
While the main story is engaging, don’t neglect exploring the city and participating in side activities:

  • Contracts and bounties: These offer valuable rewards and help you grow stronger. They also provide great practice for your stealth and combat skills.
