You'll need a second account on another computer to remain active somehow. Set up a private server and select custom, invite the second account, and choose the following server settings:

Stage 1 - Vault
Stage 2 - Cryonics
Escape Route - Moon Pool
Exterior - Centered
Speed - Fast (to the right)
Stage 1 Objectives - 3 (to the left)

The key thing is doing all 3 power switch objectives of Stage 1 in the locked room on the first floor since they're all positioned very close, this will also provide you plenty of opportunities to pick up the 3 tools you'll need: cutter, sledgehammer, and welder. To get into the locked room, open the computer case and match the computer handles to the green lights on the wall. The keycard needed for one of the power switches is in one of the lockers on the wall.

Optional: Use the second account (Monster) to find you (Prisoner) inside a locker and match their key press. Prisoner can do this (Coin Toss) a total of 10 times for 9,000 XP.

There is a factor of RNG but I was able to complete my runs with a rough average of 3 minutes 20 seconds. The rest is just practice and timing. Avoid damaging yourself from falls or deaths for the Flawless bonus of 6,000 XP.
