This mod is actually a collection of mods with their own configurable settings. Here are the mods I recommend choosing at installation.

Not recommended:
  • Garrett Animation Tweaks
  • Minimalist Project
How these recommendations work
If it isn't listed, I recommend going with the default.
Sneaky Upgrade

Display
  • Window Mode - Borderless

Tweaks
  • HUD Scaling - 0.60
  • Better loading quote formatting - Enable
  • Loading screen text size - small-ish
  • Background mode for the Pause screen - Fixed Light
  • Mouse sensitivity - adjust to preference, I chose 0.40
  • Classic Speed - Enable
  • Use Blackjack as the default Weapon - Enable
  • No Smokey Soup - Enable
  • No Bouncing Scroll Arrows - Enable
  • No De-equip Texts - Enable

Save Games
  • Numbered quick saves - 20
  • Quick Load most recent save - Enable
Collective Texture Pack

Garrett
  • Garrett's Outfit - T1-inspired

Menu and Gameplay
  • Main Menu - Enable
  • Main Menu Header - Enable
  • Loot Glint - Disable (preference)
  • Training Elements - Disable if you are new
Thief 3 Gold
Options
  • Disable Tutorial Popups -
    • All - if you are experienced
    • Classic - if coming from previous Thief games
    • None - for full tutorials

  • *IMPORTANT* Widow Moira loot fix - Enable
    **This gives you an important mission option.

You could try disabling the menu mods in the Collective Texture Pack and see if that fixes it

For some reason my menu text is completely bugged and says: ?T_BUTTO... isntead of the actual text? What can i do, i dont find anything in the tweaker
