Here is the list of all the vehicles you need to steal. We can split them into two categories:

The usual ones:


These vehicles will naturally come towards you as you normally play and do not require any effort to locate them. Though maxing out your "car stealer" skill will truly help stealing 'em.

And the special ones:


These vehicles can be found on specific spots on the map and for most of them are just sitting around.

The forklift is located on the harbor (western part of the map)

The bumper cars are located in the amusement park (southern part of the map)

Now if you've been paying attention, ya might have noticed that I did not mention the flying vehicles at all even though stealing them does unlock achievements. I decided to make a separate category for them because stealing them require a bit more skill and preparation.

I must warn you this is going to be annoying and tedious.

There are four types of flying vehicle you need to steal:

-The police helicopter:

-The military helicopter:

-The fighter jet:

-The UFO:

Finding them won't be hard because they are part of the police forces trying to take you down so they will naturally spawn at you. But stealing them is where it gets tricky. You have several ways to do that can get combined.

-To easily steal a car, a jet or anything really FROM THE GROUND you need to boost your "car stealer" skill. And tellin' y'all that you need to MAX OUT this skill would be an understatement. You need to spend every single one of your hard earned cash in this. Otherwise you won't even be able to reach them from the ground. Upgrading this skill will enable you to do two things: a) reduce the time you need to enter any vehicle, b) enable you to steal vehicules from further away. The second part truly matters here because you are tryin' to steal a flying vehicle from the ground.

-And you might be thinking: "Okay, but how about we elevate our character? So the required range won't that great". Now that's a good idea! And there is a character perfect for that: Yuri the cosmonaut. Yuri has a jetpack that (once fully maxed out) enables him to fly as high as the flying vehicles (if not higher). I must insist that reducing the time you need to steal any flying aircraft will drastically help ya. But this method also has its downfall because you still need to farm a heck tone of money to full upgrade TWO different skills.

-I unfortunately cannot give ya a magic way to farm money easily, however I can give y'all a little trick I found to have a very easy access to fighter jets:

There is a mountain on the northern part of town by the rail tracks that you can climb on with any character.


Once you reach this altitude:




Fighter jets will slam onto the mountain and some of them won't be destroyed right away. That's your chance! Run at them and if you've maxed out "car stealer" prior to that, ya might be able to steal one of 'em just before it explodes!

If you do not want to run around town trying to find 'em all, or if for whatever reasons you cannot find one of 'em, you can simply go to the map editor, add a bunch of spawners of the vehicles you need and just steal them as they appear. It's really not fun in my opinion but very quick and easy. (This is what I used in the presentation section to showcase the different types of vehicles that exist in the game).
