@cyberjumper It doesn't show up until you have the tech available or researched to avoid clutter.

Ignore my previous comment - I didn't see that the original arc furnace mod is still required.

It might not be a bad idea to edit the description to remove the "In addition to everything from the base mod". My interpretation of that was it was a full mod-replacement, not a sub mod.

I'm pretty sure the mod needs to be updated. I don't have the decision available at all even near 2400

Not seeing an option at game start for science kilostructures. Does it come later when you have the tech or is it a mod load order problem?

I'm not sure if it's possible but you should try to exclude O class stars from the dyson swarm system locator since they aren't compatible. In my current game I have 3 O class stars and 2 stars with 4 physics research. Because of this, it doesn't show me the best best system for a dyson swarm that can produce EC.
