Where do I find the entrance to Walt'z Underground Vault? I found the code at the piano, but can't find the safe itself.

in house of cards, despite being required, some smucks might not know 782 to waltz underground vault. it may also not count as a safe, more as a code.

theres a store with weapons in the junkyard level and it has a safe. The code is the one on the poster, dont really remember what it was.
