As of posting this, there is no chapter called "Kudets". Instead the chapter is called "Cathedral of John of Damascus".

As for piety - probably i would never have guessed to look up and pray in this room..

Piety.
At the mill in the dog chase episode, we run into a small room. There is an icon hanging in the corner to the right of the EXIT - pray to it, an effect appears in the air - achievement counted.
