Introduction
Not a long time ago (as of writing this guide), Nexon has rolled in a couple of medals, those being Back to Basics, Advanced Destruction, I'll Take It Rare and Keeping it Unique, which require you to complete some scenario chapters with weapons of one rarity, alone. These medals also have multiplayer counterparts, which require at least two people in the room, completing scenario, using weapons of one rarity (Stronger Together, Two Advanced For Them, We'll Take It Rare and Two Unique To Quit). All these medals are not very difficult and will give you a whopping 180 honor points, and if you manage not to die once and use melees only in one of your medal runs - another 120 honor - 300 in total! Doesn't that sound nice already? Then let me teach you some of the basics and the meta for getting them.
Gray (Regular) - Back to Basics & Stronger Together
This medal requires you to complete 10 (20 for multiplayer) scenario chapters with regular weapons only giving you 10 honor each. These weapons are marked with gray color.

Regular weapons is one of the worst stuff you can get. Still, with right setup, you will be able to manage this.

Recommended Chapters

I would not recommend to torture yourself with breaking barricades and killing bosses with crappy weapons. Stick to the survival maps instead.

Lost City
The map where i got the medal. It's not very difficult to just survive through it with a knife, with the right setup.

Double Gate
Though a little bit more difficult, its a better map to play on, if you are playing with someone else. It's better to use a machine gun in here.

Recommended weapons

You'd want something that can equip parts, and, preferably, shoots fast.

K3
With its huge mag size, ability to quickly heal you and fast fire rate, its heavily recommended to use it. Make sure you fully upgrade your K3, and if you can't - use M249 instead. It's weak, but better than un-upgraded K3.
Recommended Parts:Gun Boost, Vampire.

Seal Knife
Not very powerful, but you can still rely on it entirely, if you use it with Shadow Blade addon. Just wave it around without stopping, while running away from everything, until the map ends, then rinse and repeat.
Recommended Parts: Vampire, Knife Reach/Speed Up/Power Up.

Recommended Add-ons

Again, depends on which tactic you are gonna be using.

If it's knife only - just the Shadow Blade will be enough. Might throw in Steel Physique/Ironclad to not die, and Heavy Steps for more efficient zombie killing.

If it's machine gun only - Explosive Shot, preferably Ammo Reserves, and some other stuff up to preference. Idol Miho/Idol Shiho will be good with this tactic, as they have one of these addons passively, at all times.

Recommended Characters

It depends on which weapon you are gonna be using the most.

Idol Shiho
With passive Explosive Bullets, and active Infinite Ammo Skill, she becomes a must have for spraying and praying.

Idol Miho
Though not as great as Shiho, she is quite similar, but without Explosive Bullets. Ammo Reserves will allow you to shoot for much, much longer though, and you probably won't find yourself reloading ever again.

Lynn
You might find her fitting well if you want to do it with your knife only, as she has some buffs and passives, making your melee better. I dont have her, so i can't say much.

Note: Black Rose Miho and Purple Heart Shiho can be used if you don't have the idol variants. Though not as good, they still have the infinite ammo skill, i guess.

Summary
This is how you'd want your setup to look like.

Green (Advanced) - Advanced Destruction & Two Advanced For Them
This medal requires you to complete 20 (30 for multiplayer) scenario chapters with advanced weapons only giving you 20 honor each. These weapons are marked with green color.

Green stuff is also quite bad, but it has some really interesting pieces of equipment standing out.

Recommended Chapters

With right setup, you will not only be comfortable with survival, but also will be able to beat bosses.

Double Gate
My map of choice (for multiplayer). An easy map, where you also get a good opportunity for spawnkilling zombies right out of their spawn.

Last Clue
My map of choice (for solo). Also an easy and short map. It's got a boss - but don't be scared - he's the easiest one out there and won't be too difficult.

Dead End
Might not be as easy and short as Last Clue, but the boss has much less health than on Last Clue. It's gonna be a choice for you: between short map+tanky boss or long map+weaker boss.

Recommended weapons

Petrol Boomer. That's it, that's the meta right there.

Petrol Boomer
A great weapon for a lot of situations, as well as for obitaining this medal. Deals huge AOE damage on impact, and then leaves flames that block the area by dealing some solid damage as well. If you spam it, it will be twice as more powerful - after firing it, throw it away and buy it again by pressing F2. Also (relatively) effective against bosses.
Recommended Parts:Vampire, Gun Boost.

Battle Python
Just a weapon for carrying around for extra health. Well, you can also use it for taking out Juggernauts, its not too bad, but you will need Explosive Ammo addon if you plan on using it.
Recommended Parts:Health Up, Gun Boost/Power Up.

Tomahawk Xmas Edition
The only green weapon that can equip parts. So you can use it for quickly stabbing something while your Petrol Boomer is reloading and shop is inaccessible.
Recommanded Parts:Vampire, Speed Up/Power Up/Health Up (if not on python)

MG36 Xmas Edition
But use MG3 instead, if you have it.
If you are feeling really crazy and adventurous, you can use something else than Petrol Boomer. Now a machine gun wouldn't be too bad, you are just gonna have to spend more effort into surviving. But if, for some bizzare reason, you decide to use it, use the same tactic and setup as with K3, explained before.

Recommended Add-ons

It depends on which map you will be going on - survival or boss.

If you're up against a boss, spamming will not always be accessible, so make sure you bring something to take care of hordes of zombies as you are taking down the barricades.
So i would recommend Free Market (for spamming tactic), Capital (optional, to be able to afford everything from the very start), Survival Instincts, and some other stuff up to preference, i'd recommend Weakness Analysis, Heavy Steps and Giant's Feet.

Things are simpler on survival: just grab the Free market and that's it. Everything else is up to preference, i'd recommend Survival Instincts, and Noveau Riche (if you are having trouble landing all your shots). Might throw in Abundant Returns, i guess.

Recommended Characters

Doesn't quite matter here, but you still might take someone with buffs good enough for you.

Alpaca Anemone
She just has Free Market as passive. That's about it, you're gonna be saving yourself one addon.

Idol Shiho
The infinite ammo skill might help you out a bunch in some situations, and explosive bullets will help you take down stuff with your secondary weapon.

Summary
This is how you'd want your setup to look like.
(grenade was cut off there because its not used here and is not relevant)
Blue (Rare) - I'll Take It Rare & We'll Take It Rare
These medals with similar sounding names require you to complete 30 (40 for multiplayer) scenario chapters with rare weapons only giving you 30 honor each. These weapons are marked with blue color.

It's just like the old days - blue stuff is where we got all the branded weapons. Which ones will be the best for our task?

Recommended Chapters

It's better to go for bosses, and pair this medal with other ones, such as Perfect Soldier/Raid, Feast of Swords and boss medals, you get me.

Last Clue
My map of choice (for solo). Not really difficult, again. I even was doing it with melee only and without deaths on my run. But Dead End turned out to be better.

Dead End
The recommended map. After i checked it out, i really regretted that i didn't play on it, and played on Last Clue instead. This map is not as claustraphobic, and the boss is so much weaker and easier to backstab.

Threat Revealed
Well, this is also an option. Very challenging for solo or 2 people, but very easy and nice for 3+ people.

Recommended weapons

THANATOS-9 all the way. Other weapons can be used, based on situation.

THANATOS-9
Also mentioned as "T9".
A very reliable tool and a deadly weapon. Its primary fire is a huge swing sweeping down a bunch of targets at once - good vs hordes of zombies. SKULL-9 can be used instead, but then you're gonna be missing out on T9's another important thing - the secondary fire. Secondary fire releases a whole bunch of cuts, that will quickly break down barricades and deal tremendous damage to bosses. This weapon has long animations though, so use it wisely.
Recommended Parts:Vampire, Boss Damage Up.

THANATOS-7
Spamming its alt-fire on bosses is the meta apparently. Though not as great as stabbing them with T9, still good if you're too sissy to walk up close to the boss not in shape for melee fights. Can also be used against barricades, and, i guess, zombies.
Recommended Parts: Boss Damage Up, Gun Boost.

BALROG-XI
Though not very good against boss, its alt-fire is great for sweeping down zombies with huge ease. You will want to use Idol(or regular) Miho/Shiho's infinite ammo buff to gather alt fire charges quickly, but it's not a tactic i'd recommend using.
Recommended Parts:Gun Boost, Vampire/Slow Down.

And also throw in a secondary of your preference, with Health Up and Power Up parts. BALROG-I is recommended, but if you don't want that, there are also THANATOS-1 and JANUS-1 worth mentioning.

Recommended Add-ons

Focus on using your melee and tanking a lot. Then you can also throw in stuff for better damage to boss.

Shadow Blade is heavily recommended, as it will make your T9 perform much better, especially vs zombies. Then it's also important to have stuff for suvival, and then we will throw in some stuff for boss. In the end, we should end up with a setup like this:

As you can see, this setup is more centered around tanking with melee. You can replace some of these addons, if you will be using firearms, like B11 or T7, and playing on something like Threat Revealed.

Recommended Characters

Well, i can't say much here, but i do have one very viable recommendation here.

Blue Rabbit Mirage
Really great with THANATOS-9. Her skill will make you invincible for a short while, which can be used to get you out of dangerous situations. Activating this skill also cancels the animations of T9, in case if you need it, because you know how long they all are. And, Addiction as a passive addon is also gonna be good for tanking. All that will make you nearly unkillable.
I don't know whether she can be replaced with regular Mirage/Alpaca Anemone or not.

Summary
This is how you'd want your setup to look like.
(once again, grenade isn't relevant)
Red (Unique) - Keeping it Unique & Two Unique To Quit
This medal requires you to complete 40 (50 for multiplayer) scenario chapters with unique weapons only giving you 30 honor each. These weapons are marked with red color.

Now this might seem like a lot to do, but don't worry. Red weapons have quite some solid meta in place, and completing scenarios will be a cakewalk.

Recommended Chapters

It's better to do bosses on this one. Those won't take as long as survival, unlike your previous medal runs.

Last Clue
Well, what else you expected. First season of scenario contains some of the easiest maps and bosses out there.

Dead End
Heavily recommended. Yeah, same as before. A lot of running around, but the boss will be significantly easier to kill.

Unexpected Encounter
Well, it's also an option. That's the map i was playing through in multiplayer, not very recommended for solo though. Dead End is still much easier and quicker.

Recommended weapons

LIGHTNING weapon series. Nah, i'm just kidding.

Miracle Prism Sword
Community's favourite for scenarios, out of red weapons bunch, and for a good reason. You can easily clear out hordes of zombies with it, and equip a Speed Up part to run fast as hell.
Recommended Parts:Vampire, Speed Up.

Dual Sword Infernal Hunter
Not to be confused with Phantom Slayer. A really great weapon against boss. When you get an opportunity to do a backstab - quickly grab this thing and go for it. The damage is insane, just make sure you are doing it with primary attack only.

Cyclone
Well, its just a filler weapon for extra health, but it's not neccesary bad. It's still worth using, its good fire rate will help you destroy harder barricades slightly faster.
Recommended Parts: Health Up/Power Up, Gun Boost/Critical.

Hunter-Killer X-90
Shoots very fast, powerful, and can equip parts. This weapon can do decent damage to bosses, but most importantly, it can do insane damage to barricades. Just arrange your addons respectfully, and melt through barricades in an instant. When it comes to harder barricades, usually at the end of the level, it's better to switch to Cyclone though.
Recommanded Parts:Vampire, Critical/Gun Boost (or Gun Boost+Critical, if you're feeling like a main character).

Broad Divine
Now i never used this weapon in scenario a lot, but i had a few people telling me it's good, so i guess it's worth mentioning. Not bad for all kinds of purposes: be it clearing out zombies, breaking barricades or killing bosses.
Recommended Parts: Vampire and Gun Boost, i guess?

Ignite-7
Quite powerful for dealing with hordes of zombies, and pretty decent vs barricades, but there are better alternatives that i mentioned earlier.
Recommended Parts: Vampire and Gun Boost of course.

M32 MGL Venom
If you decided not to listen to me, and not play on Dead End, and play on something like survival or Threat Revealed, then you can use this thing for spawncamping zombies. Kind of like a worse alternative for Petrol Boomer in scenario.

Also, Bunker Buster is worth mentioning, i guess. It's a very good option for spawncamping, but i was just focused on speedrunning, so i never found myself using it.

Recommended Add-ons

You're gonna want to build your addons around Hunter-Killer X90, and make it the weapon of destruction.

So yeah, most importantly - Explosive Ammo, but also stuff like Reinforced Attack, Weakness Analysis and Tide Turner. You can also get Free Market+Extended Magazine and keep re-buying your weapon for that extra damage.
No point in using tanking/survivability addons, you're already unkillable.
And no point in using Shadow Blade this time, because melee is gonna be mainly for the boss.

Extended Magazine is generally a terrible addon imo, but it can be useful here, if you plan on re-buying your gun over and over instead of reloading.

Recommended Characters

No serious recommendations here, your performance will not change very much with different characters, so it's all up to your preference. I probably can still throw in a few suggestions.

Pyromaniac Yuri
She has a skill that makes your bullets explode with a certain chance. Granted that your weapon shoots fast - there will be a lot of explosions, and good boost to your damage output. That's how nicely it sounds on paper, but on practice you don't notice that much of a difference really lmao.

Idol Shiho
She has passive Explosive Bullets. You can stack two same addons like this, so your explosive bullets will be even more deadly. That's nice i guess.

Idol Miho
In case if you hate reloading. On top of all your addons, you will also have Ammo Reserves and infinite ammo skill, all that will allow you to shoot non-stop for much longer.

Summary
This is how you'd want your setup to look like.
Conclusion
Well, that's about it for my short guide. Hope you find it useful i guess. I'm also open for suggestions so let me know if you want some information added or corrected.

Very useful guide, thank you.
