Extract the file and put the file inside the extracted folder in this location "%UserProfile%\Documents\Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition\USER-ID" and agree to replace files, you might wanna backup your files before attempting this.

To begin New game+, run into the base you are now located adjacent to and locate the white golden spear object there.

You missed a couple things, the Tenakth Tactician, Utaru Winterweave, and the Quen Deadeye outfits, the Specter Gauntlet upgrade, the TInker's Pride, Skykiller, Wings of the Ten, and the Ancestor's Return. Other than that, though, very good if you don't want to grind.

Seems like it doesn't unlock the "All NG+ rewards achievement" am i missing something?

Gets quite a few of the achievements to open up, but missing a few other item.

Helps tick of quite a bit though so it reduces the grind needed! Thanks!

move your save to somewhere else if something goes wrong... and turn off cloud

so i delete my manual save and just leave that their? (i have a copy of my perivous)
