Visable Planetary Shields

Descrição
Essentially a fork of Borsk's Visible Planetary Shields In case of something breaking in future updates. Main version has been abandoned and I have adopted it, It will continue to receive updates here, again the main mod version was updated to 3.10 but will not be getting updates from that point on. It is very unlikely that the original version will ever break in any update that comes in the future but incase it does this fork version will be maintained.

Compatibility:

Was Working with AVB "Additional Vanilla Buildings". Will release separate Patch
Works with Real Space with below patch.

there is a mod that lets you increase the size of the planet, will this shield readjust its size or get pulled inside the now bigger planet?

yes i have start the process of updating it too 4.0 there does seems to be a few things wrong with it but I'm working through it slowly.

Hi Aurelias. Does this Mod Replace the Shield Texture used by Gullies Planetary Modifiers? Since I know that it has Precursor Planetary Shields that are these Horrible Bright Blue Orbs and I was hoping to use this mod to make them Look nicer

Love this mod. Was accidentally using it with MEM until I saw the comments below saying it's essentially from MEM. Can you add this to the mod description above, either as a warning to not use both side-by-side, or when you work out for them to work together? It'd help us mod-collection builders immensely! Along with the error AEwardian received it also in my run turned default Arcologies into a blinding flash bang whenever those planets were on screen.

Something I noticed when using this with "Planetary Diversity - More Arcologies" after a change over there. If you create a Commercial Arcology, it seems to overwrite the graphic for the shield. It looks like orbital advertisements instead. The other two types of arcology, Fortress and Garden, don't appear to be causing any issues.

no the base game does that, this mod adds no jobs. and nor does it add the job to the shielding buildings.
