The luck achievement, I picked the Super Hero and as starting boon the assortment of dice, so I could reroll the first power until I got "Super fortune" which adds +5 luck among other things. I was lucky enough to find the Lucky clover accessory (+3 luck) and as I was getting a little annoyed, finally in the room 9 boss I got the "Rainbow in a bottle" legendary pet, which adds +5 to luck each.
As for the booze achievement, I accidentally found the mouse trap event which grants you 3 cheese, even if you fail the minigame (you lose a heart each time though) and then on floor 9 there was a tavern where I bought 3 different boozes from the bar keep, one sake from the samurai NPC, then rerolled and finally bought a mead from the viking.
So @andersthemagi if you wish to, you can add the "Rainbow in a bottle" legendary pet in the possible ways of obtaining luck to the guide
One thing to note, to people who struggle with this one: There are several weapons that trigger certain attacks even without attacking with the weapon itself. I found a staff that triggered some red beam every 2 seconds or so. I'm pretty sure there are other weapons that do this. The point is, these automatic triggers do not count as your own attacks, thus they don't disable the achievement. Maybe this will help someone.
Great guide overall but after HOURS of grinding the Never Too Much achievement I realized its easier and almost not even RNG to just play Super Hero with the Super Luck trait. Use the dice box starter and roll for it, will probably get it in a couple tries.
