Hint: Infinite XP Points

When you start a new game go straight to the character creation screen and select your clan. Go to the character sheet then put your points where you want to put them. Go back to the clan selection screen and select THE SAME CLAN (selecting another will reset the points). You will now have the character points again besides the ones you allready have placed. Be careful not to fill your points up in one go because if you have remaining points, you cannot proceed with the game. ***Please note that this glitch was fixed in a recent patch.***

here the thing fang every race has a different mode from easy the very rich and power to very hard the old ugly classic vampire who live underground. the cheats help if you want to play to very hard mode.

The player character in this game is already extremely overpowered and the game is laughably easy as it is. Why do you need cheats?

this guide is extremely out of date and i have not touched the game in as many years as this guide is old, i would suggest you only use this guide for it's commands only and nothing else as i have no idea what the current stable method of getting the console running without issue.

not only that but i have no interest or time to maintain this guide, provide support, nor am i able to for any of my other guides for that matter either.

i'm sorry that i'm unable to help. surely there are more active and constructive discussions and outlets that would be of a more constructive and more chronologically current help?
to not only you, but to anyone who has the desire to comment on a guide that i have had to unfortunately and regrettably abandon.

i know this sounds like extremely condescending and poor advice, but try to google your issue,followed by specific forums like Reddit, or a particular fan forum for the game or even official forum might work and show you a working solution.
tbh this guide was copied almost verbatim from a Reddit post and a IGN? or was it a GameFAQs's article?
anyway it doesn't matter, the point being made is that the above mentioned works very well and i wholeheartedly everyone please seek out advice elsewhere as i am unable to help you at all.

I found how to apply the console to the game. Leaving the steps I used in case anyone else has as much trouble as I did.

1. Go into the Steam Game Launcher
2. Right click on the Game name
3. Click on "Properties"
4. Click on "Set Launch Options"
5. Enter -console 1 into the box
6. Hit OK.
7. Launch the game.

Contrary to the name, it actually sets a value. If you type "giftxp 6" it sets your xp to 6, it doesn't add 6.
