As for the Naloxone, yes. It's just in case you roll poorly and get addicted on the first or second dose, it's a precaution for when you absolutely need to lower quasimorphosis via morphine because you have a surplus of them or completely lack cigarettes.
i was just wondering why you mentioned 2 naloxones from here?

is that 1 to deal with the stack + 1 spare in case any more morphine is found during the mission?
if you have any more info about which bosses do which attacks, that could be useful too, because i did a really good run 4 floors quasi-elimination mission and just before i got to the Duke, my q-meter triggered TEOtehanstuin (i forgot his name) :) and i stunned him with fire but then i forgot that he has a devestating Ranged attack - for a moment there i thought he was melee lol and he got me
