You can achieve a similar effect with the ReShade program. I'll be creating a tutorial soon.
This was one of my first attempts, and I acknowledge that the bloom effect becomes very strong on some occasions (but personally, I like it). This is more like a guide to show you the possibilities, and you are free to add and change filter settings as you wish to achieve a result that pleases you.
P.S.: I use the color filter a lot in Warzone.
