For those who cannot uncap fps 30

Go to C: Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ Steam Apps \ Common \ deadrising3,

1) Create a new text document. name the text file = user , not "user.ini"
2) Copy and paste, this -> gmpcr_unlock_frame_rate = True , to your user text document
3) Click File --> save as... File name = user.ini , Save as type = All types
4) Now you can see another user.ini file apears as configuration file

Now you can enjoy your 60fps gameplay

Don't forget to go to Nvidia panel or a graphic card panel to limit fps to 99-100, otherwise, inventory & aiming will bug.

Deathmones try in windows explorer hitting the view button then show file type extensions, I think right now without that on you are naming the file user.ini.txt.
