Original skybox haven't got lower part. In CS:GO lower part was automaticaly 'stretched' and it looked normally. In CS2 it replaces with black.
I can launch map without commands. "final scene" as I know cannot be setted. Game sets it automatically.

The skybox height is so high so the black part is visible.
Also I can't enter the map without using the console command that you provide here.
And a random question: do you had to set the "final scene" into the house or the game sets it randomly?

"map" command searches maps that are officially added, however "map_workshop" command searches maps downloaded from the workshop. try typing what's in quotes into the console: "map_workshop 3070550406 de_safehouse". "3070550406" is the id of the map (you can see it in the link on the top of the steam overlay) and "de_safehouse" represents the name of the map, which game eats and then launches. if you want to launch the map in other gamemodes, then see my other comments here. if you want to launch any other map from the steam's workshop, then type in the console "map_workshop <id of the map here> ", space after the id will help you find the name of the map, sometimes there might be more than one in a single id, so testing which map is which will help you. i hope i helped you
