Evolved/TechAscendant Patch

Requires Technology Ascendant and Stellaris Evolved.

Adjusts Technology Ascendant Breakthrough chance factors to include Ethics, Traditions, and Ascension Perks from Stellaris Evolved. Technically the mods worked together before, but this makes them much better integrated.

Minor localisation replacements to Stellaris Evolved, most notably renaming its Breakthroughs from the Invention Tradition to "Innovations" to distinguish them from breakthroughs from Technology Ascendant. Does not overwrite any game files in Evolved, and only overwrites script values in Technology Ascendant.

Installation
Technology Ascendnant can be added to an ongoing save. (Evolved no). Technically load order agnostic, but its a patch, so put it below both mods it patches.

3. Technology Ascendant/Evolved Patch

Version Updates
This is unlikely to require updates when either Stellaris or Evolved updates. Ill do my best to add chances to any additional perks that are added in the future (just as I do for base Technology Ascendant). But otherwise, this probably wont break, famous last words.
