Valve, could you please fix this so users with special characters in their username could run The Lab?

Конкретно мне помогло скачать файл по ссылке: https://github.com/ValveSoftware/openvr/blob/master/bin/win64/openvr_api.dll
И скопировать его с заменой в папку: \\steamapps\common\The Lab\RobotRepair\bin\win64
