My mod contains only one graphic 0-20....

You could ask “tony_sm” to update it.

Btw...i wouldn't worry so much about the leader levels! 0-10 is fine! :mailedfist:

This mod also has no graphic file that shows 0-20 levels.
It is a mystery to me, how this is supposed to work without it....

Not the same.
In "Merged Leader Levels" don't see a file for the leader ranks.
So i assume that there is a maximum of 10 ranks I don't play with it...

Yes!
Normally there are only 10 ranks!
But there is the “Colored Star Badges 0-10” mod... :steamthis:
