You need Guts Lv 2 for this. After you take a challenge, the story begin. There are 5 parts. For Part 4 (after defeat Rina) - have Guts Lv 4 and be at Chapter 5 of Main Story, for Part 5 (after defeat Ghost) - be at Chapter 9 of Main Story.

Escaping a Daydream (secret)

In Chapter 4, before take taxi to Shirakaba, you have access to the Kaito's Final Challenge. But first, you need unlock "Letter of Challenge" skill. For this you should do two things:

1. Equip Bloody Crest accessory (cat - outside the Yagami Detective Agency). Wander around town and you be able to see lonely purple arrow. Fight him! So you should fight with Black, Green and Purple Masked Warriors. They everytime alone and not so hard.
   
   
2. Unlock all other skills. For some you need find Collectibles, for other - make some Battle Bonuses 10 times.
