Intro
In the following article, I will be sharing some of the decks that are budget friendly for new players and briefly explain how to play them.
All deck will be in Best of 1 Standard, since it is the most budget friendly format. Since we are not using the side board, I will just include potential upgrades in there.
For all of the deck list below, they will contain rare lands, but just know that although rare lands are almost always better than tapped dual lands and provides more consistency than basics, but they don't add much to the power level of your deck as much as some powerful rare nonlands, so craft them when you have excessive wild cards, but you should be fine without them if you are just grinding out some daily.
Black Red Sacrifice
Black Red Sacrifice

Deck
4 Experimental Synthesizer (NEO) 138
2 Annihilating Glare (ONE) 80
4 Exuberant Fuseling (ONE) 129
4 Gleeful Demolition (ONE) 134
4 Mishra's Research Desk (BRO) 162
4 Voltage Surge (NEO) 171
4 Voldaren Epicure (VOW) 182
1 Sokenzan, Crucible of Defiance (NEO) 276
2 Sanguine Statuette (VOW) 177
4 Oni-Cult Anvil (NEO) 230
4 Swamp (SIR) 285
4 Bloodtithe Harvester (VOW) 232
7 Mountain (SIR) 288
1 Takenuma, Abandoned Mire (NEO) 278
4 Blackcleave Cliffs (ONE) 248

4 Sokenzan Smelter (NEO) 164

Sideboard
1 Ob Nixilis, the Adversary (SNC) 206
1 Ob Nixilis, Captive Kingpin (MAT) 41
1 Transmogrant's Crown (BRO) 125
1 Razorlash Transmogrant (BRO) 122
1 All Will Be One (ONE) 118

This deck is build around the 2 mana artifact Oni Cult Anvil, which can generate a 1/1 whenever an artifact dies first time in you turn and Experimental Synthesizer, which is a great source of card advantage if you can sacrifice it can play the card you hit before they get exiled.

If you don't have the dual lands, just play basics instead of tapped duals, you will loose some consistency but still better than loosing speed.
Potential Upgrades: Honestly, since all of the key pieces of this deck are common/uncommon, lands are much better upgrades than spells, but you still can get cards like Razorlash Transmogrant and planeswalker version Ob Nixilis for some late game value, or the creature version Ob Nixilis and All Will Be One for the spicy combo.

And as a little bonus, you can change this deck to an explorer Cat Oven deck pretty easily.
Blue Red Spell Slinger
Deck
4 Consider (MID) 44
8 Mountain (SIR) 288
4 Khenra Spellspear (MOM) 151
3 Fading Hope (MID) 51
4 Monastery Swiftspear (BRO) 144
7 Island (SIR) 282
4 Play with Fire (MID) 154

4 Third Path Iconoclast (BRO) 223
4 Balmor, Battlemage Captain (DMU) 196
1 Sokenzan, Crucible of Defiance (NEO) 276
1 Otawara, Soaring City (NEO) 271
4 Shivan Reef (DMU) 255

Sideboard
1 Ledger Shredder (SNC) 46
1 Vindictive Flamestoker (ONE) 154

This deck is build around Balmor give the whole team +1 attack whenever we cast a instant or sorcery and Third Path Iconoclast create a 1/1 token whenever we cast a noncreature which does include instant and sorcery.
Some people might suggest Delver of Secrets for this deck, but I don't really like it becausethis deck want to kill people fast and Delver some times just takes too long to flip.
The deck is also very low to the ground as the last one, so basic> tapped dual rule still applies.
Upgrade wise, Ledger Shredder is really great at getting rid of useless lands and growing big really fast, and Vindictive Flamestroker can add some late game card draw.
White Green Counters
Deck
4 Ollenbock Escort (VOW) 27
6 Forest (SIR) 291
1 Ozolith, the Shattered Spire (MOM) 198
4 Evolving Adaptive (ONE) 167
5 Plains (SIR) 279
4 Kami of Whispered Hopes (MOM) 196
4 Botanical Brawler (MOM) 220
4 Streetwise Negotiator (MOM) 207
4 Homestead Courage (MID) 24
4 Enduring Bondwarden (MOM) 14
4 Ossification (ONE) 26
1 Boseiju, Who Endures (NEO) 266
4 Walking Skyscraper (NEO) 263
1 Eiganjo, Seat of the Empire (NEO) 268
4 Brushland (BRO) 259
4 Razorverge Thicket (ONE) 257
2 Overgrown Farmland (MID) 265

Sideboard
1 Hopeful Initiate (VOW) 20
1 The Wandering Emperor (NEO) 42
1 Quirion Beastcaller (DMU) 175
1 Kodama of the West Tree (NEO) 199
1 Fight Rigging (SNC) 145

This deck does have one rare Ozolith, but since it is a legendary artifact, so normally you wont want more than two in your deck anyway.
This deck is build around Botanic Brawler and Kami of Whispered Hope want you to put +1+1 counters on your creatures and make them big. Alternatively you can also summon a boardful of small creatures and summon a Walking Skyscraper with discount, then use Homestead Courage to give it vigilance so it does loose hexproof when attacking.

Upgrade wise, the one card you want above all else is The Wandering Emperor, she is arguably the best card in standard right now. Midrange decks would play her even without any synergy, and she synergize with our deck pretty well. And unlike the two previous, I suggest craft the Quirion Beastcaller and Hopeful Initiate before the lands, they are much better than the filler one drop and two drop we have now. Kodama and Fight Rigging provides some different direction to customize your deck by ramping into big things like Clay Champion or cheat some powerful spell like Atraxa into play
Mono Blue Tempo
Deck
2 Spell Pierce (XLN) 81
3 Thirst for Discovery (VOW) 85
3 Essence Scatter (DMU) 49
2 Slip Out the Back (SNC) 62
4 Consider (MID) 44
24 Island (SIR) 282
4 Fading Hope (MID) 51
2 Make Disappear (SNC) 49
3 Impulse (DMU) 55
4 Tolarian Terror (DMU) 72
3 Flow of Knowledge (BRO) 49
2 Negate (MOM) 68
4 Haughty Djinn (DMU) 52

Sideboard
1 Ledger Shredder (SNC) 46
1 Blue Sun's Twilight (ONE) 43
1 Otawara, Soaring City (NEO) 271

This deck does need 4 copies of Haughty Djinn to even be a real deck, but it is just too great of an opportunity to teach new player the art of counterspell. The deck want to counter every single spell your opponent plays then find a chance to get a powerful threat like the Haughty Djinn or Tolarian Horror onto the field, protect them with counterspells and ride them to victory. The deck is hard to play, care a lot about being able to go first, and will make you loose all your friends, but it is a legitimate meta game deck.
Upgrade wise, Blue Sun's Twilight is very good against aggressive decks with a lot of small creatures, Ledger Shredder offers additional threats. And since the deck is mono blue, you don't even need rare lands except maybe an Otowara or two.
Conclusion
Since most of the daily quests in MTGA is like "Cast x Spell of either Color A or Color B", the best decks to grind daily are actually mono colored decks or decks that tends to play multiple spell each turn. Currently in standard, every color other than mono green has their own meta game deck, so that is probably what you want to be building towards.
And there are also some other quests that asks you to do different things:
Attack with x Creature: pretty easy, just try to play decks with a lot of tokens/small creatures and attack aggressively.
Play x Lands: Needs you to play slow, which is a bit annoying, I usually choose to reroll when I see them, but given enough of games they will be completed sooner or later.
Kill x Opponent's Creatures: For god's sake please reroll them, bounce, counterspell, exile all doesn't count, so blue and white decks will be having a bad time, and what is worse is that if you run into a creatureless control opponent you are just screwed. Don't get tempted by 750 gold, just reroll it for your own sanity.

Side note: MTGA economy really favors player who plays draft. Quick Draft costs 5000 gold=5 packs, but you get to pick what card you want out of 3 packs when drafting and get 1 free pack back at least. And since most of common in MTG are not playable in constructed, rare drafting 3 packs in quick draft and maybe get a bit more if you manages to win some game often worth more than opening packs. And if you feels confident at your skill, premiere draft(AKA draft with real people) offers much higher rewards by giving almost all of your gems back with only a 4-3 record.

thank you for this

for Mono Blue Tempo I recommend Moment of Truth replacing Impulse for more instants
in graveyard, Assimilate Essence replacing Essence Scatter for wider range(or Scatter Ray, but it seems there are more annoying Battles than Non-creature Artifacts now). And since they are MOM cards, they maybe more new-player-friendly.
