Replaces all resource icons with better looking ones.

Ironman and achievement compatible.

Most icons have a similar look as the default version, and some are different. However all of them keep the original color so you won't have any issues recognizing which is which.

Also:

• Replaces all building graphics on which these resources appear with the new icons (including districts and modules for stations & orbital rings)
  
• Replaces planet designation icons in the outliner with the updated icons
  
• Various non-resource icons have also been improved, such as in the planet window

Might improve more icons later :)
