A hurricane warning has been issued, everyone has evacuated yet you're one of the people who stayed behind. Perhaps you're a police officer protecting the area from looting, perhaps you work for the NOAA station here in town, maybe you're an emergency worker preparing for the storm, or perhaps you're just a knuckle head who ignored the warnings.
