The purpose of the challange is to prevent the destruction of any of the barricades in the lair at the level of "Pit" on the complexity of "Legend".

With a group, the easiest way to do Glazier's Holiday is to only repair window, and don't kill any enemy during the event.
If you only repair window, not killing any enemy, the event will only spawn very limited enemies, and you can repair window fast enough than enemy can break it. And there are three windows will guarantee to spawn enemies(all 1st floor, marked in RED), and two windows may or may not have enemies(even if it spawns, only 1 window will with this method, marked in GREEN), so 4 players can watch one window each.

Have 3 person stand on 3 red windows, one of each, keep repairing it and don't kill any enemies. The other person keep checking two green windows, and if one of them have enemy spawning, that person go to repair it(also not kill any enemies).

1) Once in the event, light the food ASAP.
2) Keep repairing until the challenge is finished, not when the wall is broken.
3) When repairing, you can only hold the repair bottom for certain duration, but enemies will keep damaging it, so even if the duration is over your window is still not full HP. So you need keep holding repair over and over until the challenge is finished.
4) Stand as far away from window as possible when trying to repair. Enemies have a chance to hit you whiling hitting the window.
5) The person that checks two green windows need to constantly checking the two windows until one spawns enemies or challenge finished.
6) The person that checks two green windows ideally need to be a strong horde clear like flamethrower, as there is a chance that you also need to kill the enemies after the event is done/wall is open for the challenge to pop. If that's the case, once the wall is open, this person start to clear windows one by one, while other members keep repairing their own window.

• that teleport over the fence (that I had to retry in the video) is very finicky, so it might take a few tries
  
• Bots have to be dead before you jump into the event, or they will mess with things
  
• Kill all the stuff following you before you jump into the event
