Welcome to the first comprehensive Steam Guide for all 13 Nessies currently in the Apex Legends Firing Range as of the beginning of Season 17!

The First Nessie is in the leftmost spawn room behind a crate on the right side of the room.

This Nessie is located in the weapon range (The Firing Range) right in front of the Red Weapons weapon rack.

This Nessie is on the side of the 1v1 Pit (The Pit) closest to the ocean (On the right side of the first screenshot). There's a ledge beneath the cliff that holds the Nessie as well as 5 Wattson Plushies.

From the pit, go towards the center of the town in the map (The Training Grounds). Under the tower is a set of outdoor stairs with canisters and this Nessie. The Nessie is closer to you than you'd think, make sure to keep an eye out.

This Nessie is located at the very top of the central tower (The Belfry) right next to a folding chair. It is most easily accessed with Valkyrie, Pathfinder, Ash, Revenant, Octane's Jump pad or Vantage.

This Nessie is inside of the drop ship at the back of the map. It's on a shelf right next to the weapon box inside the ship.

This Nessie is tricky. It's located on a branch high up in the middle evergreen tree on the right side of the Firing Range. Best accessed with Revenant or Valkyrie. If you can't find it in this picture, face this side of the tree and spam your pick up button as you climb/fly.

Towards the ocean from the previous Nessie in the tree, there's an island. Using Valk, Ash's ultimate, Jump pad or an Evac Tower, get to the island. At the back of the Island, there's a ledge with two garbage bags and this Nessie. Be careful though, some of the ledges are fake and will kill you.

This Nessie is located on the right side of the Firing Range from spawn. There's a ledge up high with 3 targets that this Nessie is on. It's most easily accessible with Valkyrie, Ash or Revenant. It is out of bounds, so make sure to grab it quickly.

The Final Green Nessie is on top of the Mountain (Wolf's Peak). Climb up, or Valk ult to the top and claim the final green Nessie on top of the supply bin at the top. (Peep the cute puppy plush)

The Pink Nessie is the easier among the different colored Nessie's. Get 100 kills. That's it. Once you have, the Pink Nessie will spawn on end of the zipline pole up into the top of the central tower.

Steps (as seen in video):

1. Grab Knife from red weapons
2. Stand in center of firing range and look down
3. Line reticle up between the two bolts on the ground
4. Aim straight into the air, tracking a path that goes straight up from the dummy's head
5. Once you cannot aim higher, throw three knives (for best chance of hitting a head shot).
This may take a couple attempts.
6. Once a head shot is hit using this method, climb to the Ravens Nest and collect your earned Nessie!

Things of note,
Octane has worked best for me to do this consistently as I originally made this lineup using his character and thus his height which I do think affects things (I tried with horizon and it wasn't as consistent)

The lineup with the bolts is not exact, you can be a little forward or behind but if you are missing, pay attention to where the knife is landing in relation to the dummy and adjust accordingly.

Finally, use the numbers underneath your ultimate and try to line them up with the redeploy balloon, it helps keep reticle in line and on target (I use an FOV of 108, so it could vary if it is even on your screen).

The Gold Nessie can only be found by running around the firing range going to every POI and then hitting the charge tower.

There are 8 POI's;
- Firing Range (circled in red)
- Training Grounds (circled in orange)
- Agility Course (circled in yellow)
- The Pit (circled in green)
- The Belfry (circled in blue)
- Tech Tunnel (circled in purple)
- Raven's Nest (circled in white)
- Wolf's Peak (POV of picture)

It's easiest to access all of the POI's with Octane except for Wolf's Peak (and the belfry but legends for the belfry are listed in Nessie 5) which is easiest with Valkyrie ultimate (although it is a climbable mountain). Once all the POI's have been collected, run to the charge tower between The Pit and spawn. Use the Charge tower and the Nessie should spawn (The Charge Tower can be hit before, during or after collecting all POI's). The Gold Nessie will spawn in the Center Spawn room on the back right wall as you're looking out on the firing range. It's behind the furthest crates against the wall.
